I guess it’s just as they say – slow and steady wins the race. It took us a while but we are ready with another shave pottery drop. This drop we have 17 lather bowls in a variety of sizes. There are a couple of lefties and we did a trial run with red and black for those that have been asking. (My wife has mixed feelings on this combination so if you’re hankering for this look, you’d better jump on it now.) We have also been listening to the face latherers and so this drop we have added Mugs & Soakers to meet their pottery needs. The soakers are a smaller profile but should be large enough to soak even the larger-sized knots. The mugs can be used to soak a brush or, if you prefer, you can use them for your favourite beverage. As always, our pottery is all dishwasher and microwave safe, and all of the glazes we use are rated food safe. Some of these soakers/mugs will have my wife’s maker’s mark instead of the Thirsty Badger mark but rest assured they are all done by us. If these become popular we will add them to our permanent line-up.
The last drop we were blown away by how much interest there was, and when I say that, I mean literally. Our website blew up trying to handle all the traffic. I have been busy in the background beefing up the horsepower to handle the traffic. Hopefully, it goes much smoother this go-round. Again my apologies to those that had issues last drop. Fingers crossed all those issues are resolved. And lastly, I again ask for patience on deliveries. The postal systems around the world are improving but we are still seeing delays and tracking issues. You have my commitment that any pottery purchased gets packed up within a day or two and you will receive a tracking email at that time. Past that, I will have the same information you do. It is not uncommon to see no tracking updates for a week or two in these parts. I can assure you I send everything insured and watch the tracking until it hits your end. If I foresee an issue I start a trace procedure at that time to ensure you are taken care of. Speed I have no control of. I’d get them to your house tomorrow if I could.
